HOW to improve linguistic competence through the European Education projects and CLIL methodology This is a school project, with a duration of 2 years which aims to improve the linguistic competence in teaching foreign languages and encouraging boost new initiatives and projects of European and multicultural or related character with new technologies (Etwinning, Europass ...)There are two activities which match and impact positively on the improving the language skills of teachers and students:we can offer non-language subjects in English, or participation in European projects and multicultural as the Erasmus Plus (or other European programmes in which the school can participate). For this improving teacher training courses in several different areas it is proposed:• Methodological training in CLIL (different subjects using the CLIL methodology) and improving training courses for foreign language teachers involved in European projects in the center.. Job shadowing of good practice in English-speaking British Center, to receive training regarding the organization and management of the center.Participants will be teachers from the departments who intend to develop courses in English - CLIL related to various fields and framed in multilingual and European center project. Teachers will realise training and mobility in these two years to acquire new skills related to the center's needs to integrate it into the curriculum of the center. The project will support future agreements with other centers (Erasmus plus, e-Twinning, ....).Moreover, in this project all the educational members will take advantage, meet and adopt new ways of working and good practices in relation to aspects in different areas: educational methodology, management and organization, innovation (collaborative work, cooperative)stop leaving school early etc ... and other measures of success in other countries.
