The relations between Galicia and the North of Portugal have séculos of antiquity. This border was a product mas of the history, that of the nature. And because of it, the political border between Galicia and Portugal has never been exactly a complete, mental and social border. With this proximity, often forgotten by our young participants who live in rural regions; it is considered important to be alert for the history and to analyze as the youth is determined, and since the approximation or the withdrawal perceives between both regions. This way, and after the first phase of exchange in Portugal in the summer of 2014, this second meeting seeks to construct and to interpret the reality, in what environment is said with regard to the (rural - urban) territory, landscape-, sonorously, emotionally … with the idea of creating a map of galego-Portuguese relations and of generating an audio-visual product as support. These activities will be complemented by pedagogic visits, multicultural and disclosed actions of the territory. As base of the project, it is a question of offering him to the youth the opportunity to perceive that the one who does not know his past, neither will understand his present, it will not even be able to construct his future. The participants will be 32 Portuguese and Galician young persons with ages between 15 and 22 years; more 4 leaders of group. The activity will develop in Vedra (A Coruña) throughout 8 days. Between the aims of this project they are prominent: to promote the territorial cooperation between both cross-border regions, to favor the valuation of the traditions and cultures of the places of belonging, making possible that the youth feels pride for the territory where they reside; to concern the foreign thing and to think over the importance of the cultural exchange between the peoples, to promote the mutual help, the autoesteem, the responsibility and the autonomy, contributing to the acquisition of personal, social and professional competitions... In this project there will be applied a participative methodology, based on technologies of not formal and informal education, across which it will be allowed the young persons participants to have the opportunity to debate and reflectir on what they possess jointly and to construct bows of friendship. Once finished the meeting and realized the conclusions, they will continue to promoting the products generated in his local communities. Does the title of this project "Com un irmán che falo II " demonstrate what is tried to approach with, going to the emotional thing, to the roots, origins of the past (wherefrom we come?, happening for the present (who we are? That we do?, and evoking the construction of a future (where we go? Or that we can do?. This way the young persons will approach as a whole an existing problematics in Europe and will discover and take conscience of the different sociocultural realities, being more conscious of the importance of this work in community and consistently in Europe.
