The project "Com4NGOs" gathered together 24 young activists from different parts of Europe in city of Gothenburg on the west cost of Sweden. It was aimed to strengthen individual and organizational communication skills of youth NGOs and informal groups involved into youth work. During the training course participants developed efficient communication strategies for their organizations, met their colleagues from other countries and planed further cooperation within Erasmus+ program. The participants also increased their awareness of the role of communication in project management and international cooperation; Improved practical skills of negotiation, crisis communication, digital communication and NGO's representation in a virtual world, which will help them to build more efficient and various work in youth field.
