The background of our project is the notion of youth work that is offering support, activities for youth on the field where they need it, and that it aims to reach them in a form that is motivating and inclusive. The professional youth worker has to be able to adapt, to alter activities and consider non-verbal elements as possible ways of channels to work on and/or challenges of unexpected triggers with young people, especially with the ones that faces cultural. social or educational challenges. In our project we focus on youth work from this perspective, to support development with creative, artistic and many times not verbal activities. The project aims to develop skills and competences of the youth workers, youth leaders, peer educators and youngsters with discovering, understanding and developing abilities to use their creative resources. For this we will use the methods from art and movement therapies in combination with existing European educational activities. During the process oriented activities we focus on the connections within the individual (mind and body) for developing intrapersonal communication and relationships, connections among the individuals for developing interpersonal skills. The project will develop skills, competences related to communication and entrepreneurships, we will search for innovation on methodologies and approaches and share practices among the partners and the networks of the consortium. This will be done in 4 phases: 1, youth exchange to ensure experiential learning for the target groups of our partners and their youth leaders 2, training course to underline how non-verbal and verbal communication and approaches may effect youth work in various setting 3, local pilot activities based on the inspiration, experience and training gained during the previous phases 4, dissemination seminar to summarize outcomes, share practices with partners and outsiders and set new action plans The project will be realized in a partnership of 7 countries 7 organizations, providing opportunity for 100 of participants. We foresee their personal and professional development with raising awareness on their resources, communication skills, which leads to a developed youth work, reaching more youth and offer tailor fit activities for groups via innovation and alterations. In the long run the project ensures real inclusion and communication with youth from diverse background, providing them with real option of participation and development, so that they can become active and finding their creative resources may act in innovative ways and live a full and fruitful life.
