The global village the world has become and the fact of embracing Europe place us in a competitive setting with a free flow of individuals within the EU. New times, new ideas and new needs have driven the development of innovative learning needs and renewed patterns of training requirements for the citizens. Communication between users of different languages is increasingly experienced as a vital need for a society given that there are no borders within the European Union but linguistic ones.It is our duty to provide the pupils and all members of our school community, with the mechanisms for implementing the integration of students and teachers in the European setting so as to take an active part in international institutions and understand their proceedings. Our bilingual model teaching involves the teachers training necessity in order to contextualize some of the European Commission and the Council of Europe key objectives within the context of our local reality. In this scenario, it is essential to involve both the school management team and the CLIL coordinator so as to ensure the success of the progress of the CLIL comprehensive approach in our school.Priority will be given to those CLIL teachers who express their wish to improve their communicative and didactic skills. Five teachers have shown a willingness to participate in the project.Our Job Shadow programme will be based on a coaching for different subject teachers in their own school and classroom context to find out about lifelong learning strategies, to see the host school CLIL curriculum materials and resources, to monitor the teaching-learning process , to actively engage in the school activities , to improve their foreign language teaching a well as to learn more about the Polish Educational System and the school documents.This experience will help to develop future European projects with our partners.The chosen training actions will be focused on the development and knowledge of the CLIL potential, teamwork, sharing materials in bilingual fields and collegiality across CLIL.Our school will become internationalized by fostering interculturalism ,plurilingualism which will enhance our European cultural dimension of the future , will promote cooperation between the countries involved , The teacher training courses will increase their language skills, cultural awareness and professional competence.At the same time our ambition is to create a web site linked to our official web page where you can learn from our own experiences and results.
