Day by day, the importance of pre-school education is rapidly increasing in our country. Pre-school education is seen as the entrance to primary education. It also forms the first step of the individuals? perceptions of education and shapes the future career of the students. Therefore, it is a requirement that pre-school educators should know the child psychology well and they should also be well-equipped about child education area. At this point, most important factors affecting these is the pre-school educators and the institutions which educate the child development specialist. The students who were take a high quality internship, started their job career as a well-developed employee and versatile individuals. The aim of this Project to provided students a high quality internship in the girls? vocational high school and with this way, educating individuals who were confident and qualified. For this purpose, 10th and 11th grade students in Feriha Uyar Technical and Vocational high school for girls, were be sent to Roc Ter AA which were proven to be a well-known vocational training center. Within this Project, we think that it was make a huge contribution in the area of education and pre-school education. In addition, the students was broaden their horizons by facing with a different culture, historical places and traditions in Holland. They were 10th and 11th grade students and they were interested in pre-school education. Moreover, they were also idealist, eager to learn, curious to know different cultures, theoretically quite successful but they were lack practice. The students in this Project were selected with the guidance of the criteria listed above as two groups, each had 15 individual. The selection was be done through a consensus between teachers. In addition, academic achievement, in-lesson participation, social skills, language level, and curiosity level were also be included in the selection process. The Project was be implemented in two streams. The first group were travel to Netherlands in March and they were perform educational and cultural activites. Return time of this group to Turkey were be at the end of March. The second one were arrive to Netherlands in May. They were complete activities which were similar to first group and return to Turkey at the end of May. Students were start their activities according to a plan which was prepared by the foreign country institution. Each student were conduct their internship with the guidance of teacher who were the group leader and qualified instructors of the householder institution. There were be take some notes about the applications/practices by the teachers. For each practice, students were required to fill a development report and at the end of this Project it was observed whether the Project reached the aimed quality level. With this Project, our students were not only learn a different European language but also interacted with the people of the foreign country.
