The students are trained in kichen tools and materials and they consider to be specialized in the Project subjects. The Project mobility as the main activities of the Project includes the training activities t be organized in SOS a SOU and Sugs Lazer Tanev schools in Czech Republic and Macedonia and cultural trips. The participants will be trained for 10 days in every weekday in the scope of these two weeks of trainings in meat dishes in Czech Republic and pastry in Macedonia. The first flow of the trainings will be organized in SOS a SOU School in Czech Republic between 31 January and 14 February with the participation of 24 students. The second flow will be organized in Sugs Lazer Tanev organization in Macedonia between 24 April – 8 May with the participation of 24 students. 3 companions will accompany to the participants in each flow. The content of the training may be defined as the application process after theoretical information transfer related to these food types. The method to be followed up during Project flows is based on application rather than theoretical information. This is because, the students will repeat and learn the food production methods to seek and make available the different tools and materials when they are back to country. This familiarizing period will make students to seek and find those tools and materials they learn abroad when they are back to country. Thus, the students will be model for other students because of their experiences gained in the scope of the Project, the students will ask their organizations to find and make available those tools and materials and the students will be model for other students to motivate them. It is aimed to train students who ask for these demands, have a broad vision and desire to make difference in the sector with the application of this method. The long term outputs of the Project are that the organization will be experienced in such mobility projects, the participants will have an experience to motivate the others to develop themselves by using different production tools. In addition, it is expected that the students will have a different point of view in terms of cultural aspects and they may have apprenticeship and employment chance abroad in their future careers as a result of this different Czech Republic and Macedonia experiences.
