CLIMAX ou comment maximiser le climat d'une école pour une meilleure intégration

Over the last three years, eight headmasters from general and specialised secondary education have been meeting in peer groups in order to discuss the various problems they encounter. They work with methods and tools that are creativity-driven, and under the supervision of a senior trainer responsible for the respect of the creative process.In the context of this Erasmus+ project, their aim is to define and study the key factors influencing school climate and to design a tool able to measure it.The Board of Education of Bordeaux will be their main partner, since the schools located on its territory offer a fertile ground for experimentation: managerial innovation, improved communication, syllabus coherence, accessibility and integration for all (disabled persons, pupils with an immigration background, newcomers, pupils dropping out of school, etc.), academic success, involvement of pupils in school management, project-based learning, idea management systems, creativity at various levels, etc.By the end of the project, a new tool named "CLIMAX" will be designed, allowing a concrete and efficient analysis of a school's climate. The capstone of the project will be an international conference organised in the Hainaut Province. All European headmasters will be welcome and the tool will be presented and officially released.
