Northern France and Flanders share a classical music tradition as part of a common heritage. However, there are too few cultural stakeholders to set up a partnership.With this project, the partners want to give a new impulse to the cross-border classical music offer through cooperation and pooling of resources. They diversify and democratise their programmes to make classical music accessible to a broader audience. To this end, they assess technical and legal problems and organise innovative actions.
