City transport drivers in Europe - skills and mobility: from a career-based concept to quality of service (CTUE)

Employment mobility in the urban transport sector : By providing a European overview of the occupation of city transport driver, the CTUE project has allowed for the comparison of an extremely wide variety of situations. The resulting identification of new skills and the adaptation of training will promote the mobility of employees, with a view to achieving harmonization within the profession. This project started in 2002 and lasted 36 months.
