The overall objective of the project is concentrated on rising of the educational opportunities for the inhabitants of rural areas from Dolne Powiśle, a near-border territory of Poland, and Kaliningrad Oblast of the Russian Federation. Expected Results: 1. Creation of Polish-Russian cross-border cooperation network of socio- ecological education instructors called "Academy with Eco-Initiative.2. Training of a team of at least 15 persons of socio-environmental educators with created awareness of the cross-border character of environmental issues.3. Created concept of citizen and environmental education in rural areas.4. Created educational program called Citizen with Eco-Initiative and publishing it in the form of a book. 5. Renovated Zaułek Benowo Community Center (Poland).
