CIRCUS INCLUSION
Start date: Jan 1, 2015, End date: Jan 31, 2016 PROJECT  FINISHED

CIRCUS INCLUSION is a commun training project for youth workers from France and Romania. This training project is, at first, a request of the youth workers, most of whom are still in difficulties. The need of this training is also identified by our two organization, ¾ Monde in France, Parada in Romania. For the 8 french youthworkers (18-35, profile unqualified or BAFA animator: student, volunteer, artist, employee or job applicant), mobility problems or economic factors take them away from intercultural experiences and places of training in circus arts. About the eight youth workers of Romanian (18-35 years),they are beneficiaries or ex beneficiaries of the Parada Foundation. These young people are working on animation workshops on circus arts, but most are still in a training process. These people are all weakened by their past or their troubled lives, with a difficult access to a job, or just to the society because of the discrimination faced difficulties. For 12 days from June 22 to July 3, 2015, CIRCUS INCLUSION aims to develop an intercultural meeting with 16 young youth workers in order to support these young people in strengthening their daily business practices. Artists and trainers will be qualified and experienced professionals in the circus and / or socio-cultural activities. "Theoretical" moments (knowledge of public, regulatory knowledge, ...) will alternate with"practical" moments of training (experimental or deepening of circus disciplines, facilitating workshops with real audiences, ...) . We hope that these youth workers will make proposals in these days of trade practices and that this training will help them to work confidently with all types of publics (children, adults and young people with mental or motor disabilities, elderly , ...). The desired impact on participants is to promote self-reliance and teamwork, artistic creation, appreciation of their skills and acquire new knowledge and know-how, best practice of foreign languages and motivation for mobility. We wish to develop this work with other structures or the Lorraine region of Bucharest hosting youth workers, that these times of meetings may be repeated and thus encourage mobility and learning more.
