The CTU project proposes to group on a database, accesible both online and locally on a DVD, a series of 7000 practical exercise for developing professional competences, including the subject of linguistic skills, cognitive skills and logical reasoning, communication and social relations. The ensemble of exercises have been developed within 5 former European funded projects with direct intervention from the partners, and will now be gathered in a single database for easy access by the target group, which is composed of unqualified or low qualified people about to enter the labour market, with basic instruction only - secondary school or less - and trainers for that segment.
