Chemical Laboratory Safety Training System (CHLASTS)
The right chemistry for safety training : The project aimed to develop an agreed set of good practices for safety in laboratories through training schemes and manuals. These aims have been achieved through the analysis of existing practices and legislation in selected institutions and the preparation of training manuals, guides, glossaries and safety symbol lists in a variety of media. This project started in 2002 and lasted 38 months.
