Challenging the challenge is an EVS Project involving 4 Italian volunteers in Tanzania for 6 months.The themes of the project are health, environment and rural development.The objectives of the project are:- to offer young people with different fewer opportunities a volunteering and intercultural experience;- to increase volunteers knowledge and awareness of global challenges, international aid, health education, rural and sustainable development;- Promotion of active citizenship through increased social/civic awareness of volunteers and the communities they will volunteer in.Volunteers will work with kids, youth and adults, mostly within school environment, focusing non-formal education activities.Volunteers will support OEA in various projects with an array of activities and learning opportunites: educational activities about food security, nutrition improvement and environmental issues; English; creativity and art.
