The project is aimed at verifying the results of ECVET in five partner organizations in Europe and their application in our school curricula.The main objectives are:- Implementing ECVET to ensure the quality of vocational education and training- High-quality vocational education and training- Compliance with the EQF- Preparing the student for practice- Facilitating mobility- Use of Europass- Foreign methods, procedures and technologies- Extending cooperation with foreign institutions for the international dimension of education and training- Creating an international network of training schools for comparing European standards and mutual cooperationDescription of activities:- Application of ECVET in foreign high schools, their verification in a strange environment when applying new methods and procedures in line with the EQF.- Prof. internship in professional workplaces of secondary schools - 6 hours per day- Learning a foreign language - led by the accompanying person and local instructors (average of 2 hours per day depending on other activities)- Training of the core subjects (technology, technical drawing)Methodology of the project is determined by the positions (management and financial management, coordinators and mentors).The project partners are:- Spojená škola Detva (Slovakia)-ÜAG GGmbH Jena - Alle Über Grenzen (Germany)-IB Mitte gGmbH Jena (Germany)-Lycée Des métiers André Ampère (France-Instituto Formación Profesional de Virgen de Gracia (Spain)Target group are pupils of year 2 to 4 of woodworking and engineering branches who will participate in these internships abroad:Mechanic fitter (22 pupils in the Slovak Republic, Germany and Spain), operator of timber and furniture manufacturing (6 pupils in France), mechanic (2 students in Germany), machinists (2 pupils in Germany), toolmaker (3 pupils in Germany) and joiners (2 students in France).Pupils are prepared in the following technical competencies:Mechanic fitter (22 pupils)-service of conventional machine tools with different degree of automatization- service, setting, programming of CNC machines-setting, operation, maintenance and repair of machinesBasic skills are gained in practical training in vocational and tech. training institutions. Pupils are given the opportunity to work with modern graphics software and programmable CNC machine.Operator of wood processing and furniture manufacturing-manual processing of wood materials- technical documentation- machining resulting from the production technology of a particular productBasic skills are gained in practical training in vocational and tech. training institutions. Pupils are given the opportunity to work with modern graphics software and programmable CNC machine.Toolmaker-production of parts, moulds and fixtures-assembly of assemblies, subassemblies and forms-assembly products (drilling, turning, measuring, universal)Machinist-production of parts according to drawings by turning-production of parts according to drawings by milling-production of parts according to drawings by drilling-production of parts according to drawings by grindingMechanic- Manual and machine manufacturing of simple parts-welding metals by 111 or 135-correction, assembly and disassembly of machinery- correction machines - replacement of bearings, belts, operating fluidsJoiner- professional work in the production of furniture and equipment-production of building joinery products, lightweight wooden buildings, garden architecture, sporting goods, toys, domestic equipment, packaging, flooring-repairs and renovation joinery- production controlA key result is the pupil, ready for application of acquired knowledge in practice.• Work in the workplace under the guidance of mentors deepen existing skills and contribute to the acquisition of new competencies in technical subjects• incorporation into the workforce• independent tasks solution •teamwork• improving language and communication skills and knowledge• positive effects of the new environment on personality development of internship participants, mainly independence, self-discipline• cultural differences, the people and their mentality in the host country, respecting local customs• CertificationThe long term benefit is not only for the student but also for the school:- Application of ECVET- Adapting the objectives and tasks to single European labour market- Better linking school with the labour market- The relationship between theoretical and practical instruction- Attractiveness and competitiveness of school- Contacts with institutions and companies abroad- Developing further cooperation in other projects- Innovations of school program (content, methods, know-how)- Competitiveness of graduates on the labour market in the Czech Republic and the EU:- Reducing the risk of exclusion of our graduates from job opportunities- Usable output in the further education process (implementation into the SEP).
