The participants are aware of their understanding of intimacy and of touches. The participants can ask after their patients' opinion about nursing performed by men or women, they know, how the minority patient expresses pain. For reaching our goals and anticipated results we used theoretical and practical training experience including own presentations of participants, job shadowing, observation in lessons and at places of practical training experience, discussions, communication with professionals in nursing and own activities of participants. There were immaterial outputs such as the ability to reduce successfully the influence of prejudice on nursing, the skill to respect cultural, religious and age concerning specifics of patients, the knowledge of new nursing instruments and the skill to work with them, knowledge of the education process of nurses-to-be in Bavaria, the skill of nursing in an adequate quality and quantity, the skill of nursing in a multicultural environment, improving of the skill to communicate in German with a patient, the skill of nursing in intensive care a psychiatry, the skill of work in an international team, understanding and empathy towards patients the project is aiming at, the ability of higher tolerance to "typical" behavior of minority patients and gaining of new knowledge about the Bavarian medical care (e.g. dramatic growth of inpatient ward care in the field of youth psychiatry).
