The project objective is to develop a training system for inclusion of disadvantaged groups in the area of construction and valorisation of heritage and develop a model of using heritage restoration sites for employment. It is designed primarily for VET providers and trainers, organisations working in inclusion, professionals working in heritage protection and conservation, heritage sites managers and for the final beneficiaries: unemployed and people without qualifications. The idea is to facilitate locally based training and to promote Accreditation of Prior and Experiental Learning (APEL). Under the project sectoral studies will be carried out, a training system of reference and a guide for engineering of a building site of insertion will be elaborated, and a certificate of Europass mobility will be developed.
