The project will offer the volunteer to develop a lot of skills (social, intercultural, organisational, linguistic) and knowledge (about Bosnia, its culture and its history) and to help us implementing our activities aimed at fostering dialogue between Bosnian communities that are still deeply divided by the war. Also, the project will enable interaction between a volunteer from a country of the European Union and the local youth and help them to broaden their perspectives and their understanding of each other's culture.
