Co-operation between territorial structures in the area of programming tends to introduce new management practices and innovative clinical procedures for the treatment of cardiac decompensation, the emergency intervention in a multi-layered approach to rehabilitation and secondary prevention. Expected Results: The network defines health problem and assist the patient in the state of emergence angioplasty and cardiac interventions in cardiology department at the nearest border. Introduces new procedures for the prevention and treatment of cardiac decompensation.
