This Project is born from the necessity to improve the Education in our school, that presents a special difficulty, and where the success expectatives are very low and where the familiar context is very damaged.the school´s faculty is final, with the exception of the some cases, and the average of age is about thirty and fifty years ols, so they know and accept our school´s èrspective. However, they present concern and needs of change, knowledge, exploration or research new methods in the Education.This Program offers us the opportunity to make different activities in ordfer to improve our skills in Key Competences, linguist Competences and Special Needs of Education.
