CEIP Santiago Ramon y Cajal in El Ejido, Almeria.The school is part of the ICT schools and bilingual schools. We are part of the network of UNESCO schools since 1995. The school is located in the area of El Ejido north, of the Ejido, in a neighborhood of middle class. The main work is agriculture under plastic.Currently enrolled 678 pupils of which 79 are immigrants.The College is welcomed to the support Plan Andalusian families: morning classroom, dining room, extra-curricular activities and school transport. The model of school day is continued from 9:00 to 14:00, for pre-school and primary education.Having school bus comes pupils in marginal neighborhoods as Pampanico. We also have pupils in the neighborhood of the coast, Almerimar.The total in the school are working 44 teachers. The teachers involved taught class in all cycles of nursery and primary school. There are teachers relatively young since the 34 years up to 52 years. All the teachers/participants are ambitious in the field of education, looking for new strategies of learning for students at all times. All teachers are qualified in teaching either by physical education, English language, primary education or child.Several teachers have the B1 and B2 of the English language.After an initial evaluation of our school, our main purpose is to obtain training on new methodological and innovative dimensions for closer to the current European model.Our project wants to make better use of all the resources we have, And we will do our students develop a taste for learning, to investigate, to become better people ...To achieve our goal, we believe it necessary that teachers should know and optimize resources, organize time and space in the school environment.We need to know organizational models and inclusive education, to work in the same sense families and school.During the school year the teachers will meet in weekly sessions,to develop activities.The working sessions will be structured according to the objectives. The achievement of the sessions will be the following:- Evaluation sessions - Sessions of analysis of the results- Sessions of aspects to observe in the mobility, following an analysis of results. - Session of activities to develop. - Session for gathering information from the activities carried out to compare with the observed in mobility. - Preparation session mobility. - European Mobility - Session of collection observed data. - Information Session (will be available to the faculty experience) - Session for creating new tasks. - Meeting of evaluation of the tasks applied.- Session of final evaluation of project .Upon completion of the projec the expected impact will be that teachers develop basic and transversal skills (entrepreneurship, digital competences, language proficiency)using innovative teaching and learning approaches and focusing on the students.In addition, it will develop appropriate methods of evaluation and certification.That lyrics use new approaches to strengthen the education and training of educators, obtaining competencies to meet new requirements within the multicultural societies.We believe necessary to contribute to the development of a European area of skills and qualifications.We must not forget to promote innovative projects designed to reduce the disparity of learning outcomes that affect students from disadvantaged backgrounds or with fewer opportunities.We see the profile of professional teachers,through the improvement of professional skills in both the initial training of teachers, such as in the processes of lifelong learning.We will improve the quality of teaching at the stage of education for that child was also enhanced in primary education.Our faculty will have acquired new initiatives in teaching, learning and classroom management.All the work that is done will be written in a dossier with the objective to spread to other colleges that want to, for the educational community and to other teachers who want to be enriched by the experience.We are very clear that in the beginning, the benefits will occur in the long term and not immediate, because the students will need to evolve at the same time as the master. When all the Center is working on an equal footing, we will see a student much more biased in the acquisition of knowledge and the willingness to work.
