The period we are going through is considerd to be the confirmation of the concept of quality in education, promoting an European education. Applying of the legal system starting from National Education Law no. 1/2011, upgrading the educational system are representative elements whose contents can be identified at all levels: institutional capacity, educational offer, structures and factors. One strategic goal in European development plan of our institution is to optimize training programs and to develop teachers’ career. Teachers are interested in the improvement of teaching connected to the current needs and demands of teenagers through innovative ICT tools. Also, the development of teachers’ career through training courses in emerging professions interaction between education and IT, for instance e-learning developer and instructional designer meet European quality standards of education.Strategic development of our institution in the future by the skills and experience that the team formed will acquire following training courses will have a beneficial effect on the organizational context in several ways. At the level of education by implementing e-learning solutions and effective integration of digital technology in education there will be 24 teachers trained by Erasmus + projects who will be capable of building the creation and delivery of learning experiences in teaching by ensuring an optimum learning which could resolve and find the learning needs of students in the digital age.The project "Quality and innovation in education of digital generation" through a Romanian teacher may give up to the complex that traditional teaching is effective, delivering information and not skills, and students are increasingly demotivated learners. Currently there is a discrepancy between the social, the personal and the academic lives for those digital natives. E-learning teaching and learning becomes a new way of developing the education. Teachers’ digital skills are very important for the development of quality education, iPads tablets and it provides new, innovative and inclusive teaching and learning methods and tools. The preparation and follow-up can improve English language skills at the same time. Our institution needs to be connected to this digital development in order to meet new skills and to connect us to other professionals in Europe.Institutions from Malta, Prague and Helsinki will respond to our needs in mobile learning by allowing us to stay in touch through European cooperation network building an e-Learning System in the future. The purpose of the professional development program for teachers focuses on the following skills: updating expertise, training, skills needed to use ICT resources in training, skills needed for developing and implementing training programs through e-learning and materials development support, European Communication ways to implement new European projects by developing educational software and e-learning platforms enhancing international cooperation. Project’s objectives will ensure quality education in the context of harmonization with EU standards, forming a team of specialists in education through the use of ICT by attending training courses Erasmus effective adaptation to digital technologies in the formal education / training by developing programs of education / training e-learning through participation in training Erasmus +. Building a toolkit, values, ​​at work-related to social and culture will direct the conduct and the whole career to dissemination European projects. Building a virtual institutional library in order to implement, promote projects and educational teaching standards required by the digital generation. Expected results will be the development of a Learning Management System is a software solution innovative training to target groups, implementation of three teaching training programs, development of electronic content 200, e-contents, virtual manuals necessary for education of digital generation. This project will strengthen the international dimension of the national curriculum including addressing to European issues by developing learning resources, studies and research, making a LMS, e-learning platform dedicated to continuing vocational training. Teachers’ digital skills are very important for the development of quality European education.
