This module includes courses in law and economics and management, and seminars. It is intended for students, civil servants, and staff from private companies in Cambodia. Completed by the completion of course materials, it aims to provide a thinking framework for European studies in Cambodia in the context of the ASEAN 2015 internal market.The objective is to provide some tools to understand the integration process of Cambodia to ASEAN due to 2015 using EU experience. The information available are insufficiently mastered and mobilize few theoretical frameworks and practice both in law and in economics while the assumed shock that may induce ASEAN2015 on Cambodia would be perceived as particularly harmful for this small and very opened economy.It is to develop a European integration based knowledge, supply of courses, which are intended to be sustainable and include in curricula, on nowadays nonexistent subjects in Cambodia and in curricula. This program should also help to strengthen the knowledge of teaching staff. This staff will ensure most of courses.Another objective is to make the RULE a benchmark for EU studies. All these activities provide the necessary knowledge for European studies and analysis of ASEAN integration, then to disseminate a wide knowledge on these processes.1 . Implementation of a series of four annual courses in law and economics for students registered in Bachelor and Master at RULE. They will be operated by Cambodian teachers, with the support of a European professors.2 . Implementation of seminars provided by civils servants, entrepreneurs, members of NGOs and teachers.3 . Writing of a textbook.4 . Online course materials and feasibility of a MOOC at the end of the module will be studiedMore than 1000 students are involved in this program.
