C.L.I.L.: Creating Language Innovative Learning. Teaching in a foreign language, sharing experiences and practices through Europe

The aim of this Comenius multilateral partnership project is to explore the use of CLIL and to develop a better understanding of its value in the primary and secondary curriculum in order to increase the amount of CLIL lessons in the partners’ planning. They share and develop materials and methodology and improve their linguistic skills. Partners can develop their understanding and knowledge of the culture and language of other countries and they provide many opportunities for this to be brought into the classroom for the benefit of the pupils. This increases the enthusiasm for language learning and the cultural awareness to celebrate differences and similarities between nations. Partners can use new technologies to communicate with each other and to bring the partners’ culture into the classroom.
