Young Entrepreneur Business Project - BYE - key focus is put on the learning mobility of people, students and staff mobility action type - Youth mobility, Erasmus Plus. The lack of entrepreneurial skills came to the attention of the organization Tholus as a problem of youth organizations and young people that they work with the organization. Analyzing the problem I saw that young Europeans are facing the same problem, a problem which leads to a reduced number of young entrants to engage in work to set up their own business. The project addresses a number of 24 young participants aged between 18 and 24 years old, unemployed, plus six leaders from six organizations from six different countries - România, Turcia, Lituania, Italia, Spania şi Slovacia the main activity - youth exchange will take place over a period of ten days in the city of Comanesti, Bacau County, Romania. Young people interact and work in teams to learn and / or develop skills that will enable them to fill a job and / or opening a business with social impact. The objectives are: 1. Playing self-confidence and personal growth of 24 unemployed young people, aged between 18 and 24, originating in România, Turcia, Lituania, Italia, Spania şi Slovacia, by working on a ten-day period; 2. Developing entrepreneurial skills and knowledge based on optimal management of available resources in the community among the 24 young unemployed people aged between 18 and 24, originating in România, Turcia, Lituania, Italia, Spania şi Slovacia over a ten-day period; 3. To increase knowledge about starting a business - stages, costs, facilities and management among 24 unemployed young people aged between 18 and 24 years, coming from România, Turcia, Lituania, Italia, Spania şi Slovacia for a period of ten days. Facilitating learning is achieved through participation in a program of activities that are based on methods of non-formal and informal, such as "learning by doing", such as knowledge and energizing games, presentation, discussion, brainstorming, themed games entrepreneurial workshops. through active participation in the learning process, participants will learn how to create a European CV - Europass, a letter of intent, which are steps that can open their own business with social impact, how can I manage the business in terms of financial and human resources. After completing the main activity - the exchange of young promoters with project leaders will analyze the results of assessments made by young people on the leaders of the impressions and opinions of participants and based on self-assessed. Based on this information, the promoters will work on a leaflet which will contain details of the Erasmus Plus, organizations involved in the project BYE, organized activities and results. This leaflet will aim to promote work-shops that will take place in March 2016 all project partner countries and promoting the launch brochure BYE BYE. It will print 600 leaflets in English and the partner country (with 100 fliers for each country). These leaflets will be distributed in the project partner countries. The promoters will work on BYE brochure, booklet will contain data on Erasmus addition, the project activities, project results, steps to fill a job, to set up a social business. This brochure will be printed in 300 copies, in Romanian and English and will be distributed to partner organizations in the project. The brochure will be launched both electronically and on paper, until 1 March 2016 and will be distributed free of charge. Work-shops that will take place in February 2016 in the partner countries project will address representatives of the target group and include activities that were organized in the main activity - youth exchange. Work-shops will benefit from the direct participation of young people involved in the program who were in Romania, as organizers, while developing organizational skills.
