According to analysis under the scope of vocational training situational analysis, we have revealed that youth who just enter labour market have very low employment rate or they have never employed since lack of experience in field. Besides, it has been also revealed that vocational high school graduates have very low employability. When we look at European education system and their employment opportunities, we see that big portion of vocational school graduates can be employed. One of the primary reason for that we want to do our project was meeting with these lacks and problems. We consider the project that we operate, as not only a project that will increase employment rates of our graduates and develop quality of our vocational education, but also as a project that will increase our cross-cultural interactions, a project that will enable us to deeply know the European culture which we hope to be a part of it and lastly a project that will help us to develop ourselves individually.
