Building Euro-Mediterranean Cooperation through EVS
Start date: Aug 1, 2011,

The project "Building Euro-Mediterranean Cooperation through EVS" is an international training course which will help young people and youth leaders extend their knowledge and skills in preparation, implementation and evaluation of successful EVS projects. The main aims of the project are: increasing the quality of EVS projects through providing the necessary competences and strengthening the cooperation between European and Mediterranean organisations in the framework of EVS activities. During the eight-day training course which will be held in the town of Razlog, Bulgaria 25 young people and youth leaders from 13 countries (Bulgaria, Germany, Greece, Egypt, Spain, Italy, Jordan, Latvia, Lebanon, Poland, Tunisia, Finland and Sweden) will attend. To assure the maximum effect of the training course interactive non-formal educational methods of work are proposed such as working groups, presentations, role games, case studies , simulations, meetings with current and former volunteers within EVS, sharing experience, good and bad practices with organisations implementing and involved in voluntary activities.
