There will also be an opportunity to establish international contacts with their peers, employees and employers on the European labor market. The participants of the mobility will receive certificates confirming their linguistic ( Spanish language at elementary level) and cultural preparation confirmed by the foreign partner. Students' skills acquired during the internship will be validated in accordance with the idea of a European Credit system for Vocational Education and Training (ECVET) with the Individual Achievements Lists and Europass Mobility certificates. The internship will therefore contribute to better recognition of skills during study periods abroad. It will also strengthen the synergies between formal education, employment and entrepreneurship. The project has also planned one "Job Shadowing" visit for 4 teachers who will go to the partner school in Las Palmas in order to observe and exchange experiences in the organization of the teaching process, tools, teaching methods and curricula. The teachers will also visit companies cooperating with the partner school and the Polytechnic of Las Palmas. Mobility of the teachers will increase their competencies (professional, linguistic and social) and contribute to improving the quality of teaching. It will also create the opportunity to develop a network of international contacts between institutions of vocational education. It will increase the attractiveness of these institutions and strengthen their European dimension, and will help to improve educational offer to better meet the needs of young people on the threshold of adult life, entering the labor market.
