The main objective of this project and the idea is to build a more modern environment in our school. The contents of the Learning Mobilities of Individuals would include: - Sharing national realities about different types of education and teaching methods in formal and non-formal education system, - Bring positive and long-lasting effects on the teachers involved, - Increase capacity to cooperate on international level, - Improve foreign language competencies, - Promote more active participation in society, - Increase motivation and satisfaction in schools daily work, - Allow school representatives to meet colleagues of different nationalities within the EU, discuss their background and cultural, differences and build a network of teachers for future cooperation, - Provide practical ideas for teaching , use the introduction of current trends in language teaching methodologies - Deliver motivating techniques, - Better management of educational process, - Implement new procedures for the management of the school.
