Project background:We’re looking for cooperation partners in an international (European) context as we haven’t got any experience with European projects. We wish to exchange expertise and practical knowledge with our cooperation partners. We therefore need competence in international project management. We would like our staff members and pupils to make intercultural experience in order to experience the international and multicultural idea and thus develop a corresponding attitude.Project objective:The project will enable the members of our school to develop intercultural competence in order to integrate foreign students or to deal with pupils with special needs.Number and outline of the participants:The Erasmus+ project team currently consists of four staff members who have language skills. They would like to take part in further education programs abroad. Back home they are ready to inform their colleagues about what they have learnt. The staff members are enthusiastic about the European idea. Description of further steps:Participation in international education programs dealing with project management. Methodology and project implementation:Staff members enhance their intercultural competence and communicate the European idea in their lessons. Pupils develop intercultural competence. European projects become an inherent part in daily school life. We hope to reach these aims with the help of competences in project management.Description of future results, impacts and benefits:All the inspiring meetings and events motivate our school to work in intercultural projects. We would like to foster social cohesion by exchanging good practices and implementing those in everyday life. European education programs will motivate our staff members and arouse their interest in European projects. Staff members use the project to promote the language skills and the intercultural and social competence of their students. Students will then be prepared to enter high school.
