BROADENING TEACHERS AND STUDENTS HORIZONS. OPENING MINDS. II

The project " BROADENING TEACHERS AND STUDENTS HORIZONS. OPENING MINDS II. BROTES II" of a year of duration organized by the C.I.P.F.P. L'Aprenent Ciutat, being the partner collaborator of this project the Institut des Metiers et des Techniques of Grenoble, takes as a principal aim, to continue with the students' mobility iniciated in project 2015-1-ES01-KA103-014535 of High Education and that uses as motivation and promotion for the creation of other similar short-term projects in the center and the association of the center with future partners. In turn we want to promote the progressive internationalization of the students, professorship and organization of the center. For internationalization we deal to have a better European raising awareness, so much in the working area across the use of the European employment Network (Eures), as in the linguistic and cultural areas, as well as to know the technologies, skills and procedures of work in the specific fields of this project. To acquire experiences that later redound to a better educational and productive activity of students.The final short-term aim is to make the vocational training education more attractive for the student, doing it more dynamic and modern, with major possibilities and opportunities of study and work, giving him an European approach. This increasing interest we understand that it will be motivating both pupils and teachers and will be improved in the areas of work, beside creating illusion and promoting the employability and decrease the school's failure in these matters.The matters and needs to treating in this project happen for knowing better our partner, to carry out this aim we raise the following activities:To know the safety procedure and hygiene in the processes of culinary technologies in different companies related to the Professional Families implied, in other members of the European Union.Study and exchange of didactic material of cuisine and pastry, automotion, wood and electronics.Study of facilities and technical means in places and centers innkeepers and of other related centers.Studies of it would machinery of wood and devices of automotion of new generation.Study on the autochthonous products in companies of the sector.To extend information about technologies and skills used in these countries.Methodology: it will be based on the visualization and use of the new technologies, as the development of the European platforms eTWINNING, blogs, even Facebook or in the web of the center, through the use of Moodle. http://cifpciudaddelaprendiz.edu.gva.es/moodle/Capture of companies in order to extend the DUAL training, as well as the knowledge of different companies of the sector and of machinery.
