The activities of the exchange had focused on non-formal education, active participation, workshops and the preparation of a final show. The objectives of the project were to break down the physical and mental barriers that are obstacles to social inclusion of people with disabilities, start a discussion on best practices for the integration of persons with disabilities, to promote and give visibility to Erasmus Plus in their local communities, encourage intercultural awareness and the ability to enhance the social and cultural diversity as a resource. The project, therefore, the meeting of the partners was the beginning of a partnership for a further time for reflection and planning on issues related to disability and social inclusion, and in fact this is already the intention of the partners to expand the network to other parties, in order to broaden the horizons of intervention.
