There are number of ways to take action toward making a positive impact. However, working in collaboration with others often yields the best results. That’s why the evaluation meeting is a follow-up project of the Youth Exchange that took place from 25th March to 1st April, 2012 in Sinzig, Germany. The evaluation meeting 'Reflection and Development of the Movement. Young and Creative Entrepreneurs will be a 5-day meeting held in Dublin, gathering 24 participants (coaches and youngsters) from 12 countries (Ireland, France, Germany, Lithuania, Sweden, England, Hungary, Iceland, Croatia, Poland, Spain and Austria) who each had different roles and functions during the Youth Exchange.The specific objectives of the evaluation meeting are the following:(a) To reflect on what has been learnt from the implementation of the Youth Exchange and to draw recommendations for future projects.(b) To promote and encourage young people with fewer opportunities to participate in the Youth in Action programme.(c) To discuss the priority issue -how to face unemployment by using creativity and entrepreneurial skills in order to promote young people’s commitment to become an effective team of individuals with shared goals actively taking part in planning and implementing various projects. This will also include activities linked to the Facebook page ‘Young and Creative Entreprenours’ by incorporating social media to a much larger extent in order to reach more potential applicants and making the Youth in Action programme known more widely.(d) To support and develop future projects with a view to enhance employment opportunities and entrepreneurship by providing the necessary tools, information and motivation to young people in order to empower them to be in a position to shape their own future.(e) To promote entrepreneurial skills among the young participants which will assist them in achieving their ultimate goal.
