The Projects aim is to contribute to a stronger regional partnerships and cooperation schemes in BS area through the reinforcement of administrative capacities of local authorities and bodies. The specific objective of the project is to reinforce the administrative capacities of local authorities and bodies in a very crucial sector (energy efficiency in buildings) having major environmental and economic impacts locally and globally. Achievements: Organised knowledge and information about buildings efficiency exchanged and disseminated systematically around Black Sea area.Valid data and sound analysis on two fields of intervention (municipal buildings and energy consumption on municipal level) collected.Reliable base studies for short and midterm planning on energy efficiency matters developed.Target groups and wider audience trained and aware on energy efficiency matters.Sound project management with quality financial monitoring achieved and transferred to non-EU partners.
