The main object of the project is the mobilization of local resources for creation of a common cultural environment for the Black Sea communities. Achievements: Established sustainable cross-border network for culture and art, open to NGOs, institutions, informal formations and individual artists in the field of culture within the Black Sea region.Enhanced integration of the population within the Black Sea region, based on the shared cultural heritage and traditions.80 cultural managers would have upgraded their skills and knowledge and would have built capacity and competencies.Developed a multicultural model for a sustainable cooperation in the cultural filed within the Black Sea region, in accordance with the principles of the European Union. 200 children and youngsters would have been interested in the culture and art of the Black Sea region.Increased interest towards the partner towns as tourist destinations as a result of the new cultural events and created network for cultural exchange.
