The project is directed to a joint, integrated planning and land borders, which includes the Val d'Herens in the Valais and the valley in Valparaiso d'Aosta, with the objectives of preserving and enhancing the natural and environment through the creation of the "Cross-Border Biosphere Val d'Herens Valparaiso BTW, "an area of international protection and enhancement of resources is based on the natural candidate for the Regional Natural Park of Val d'Hérens the possibility of creating a protected area in the Aosta Valley in the areas of high border Valais between Valparaiso and the Grand-Saint-Bernard. The initiative will result in joint proposal of the two partners in the program "Man & Biosphere" by UNESCO. in This planning framework for the project will address the issue of sustainable management studies of water resources through monitoring and favored by the presence of large hydroelectric plants. / Il progetto e diretto alla pianificazione integrata e congiunta di un territorio transfrontaliero che comprende la Val d'Hérens nel Vallese e la Valpelline in Valle d'Aosta, con obiettivi di salvaguardia e valorizzazione del patrimonio naturale ed ambientale attraverso la creazione della "Biosfera Transfrontaliera Val d'Hérens Valpelline BTW", un'area internazionale di protezione e valorizzazione delle risorse naturali che si basa sulla candidatura a Parco Naturale Regionale della Val d'Hérens e sulla possibilita di creare in Valle d'Aosta un'area protetta nelle zone alte di confine con il Vallese tra la Valpelline ed il Grand-Saint-Bernard. L'iniziativa potra sfociare nella proposta congiunta dei due partner al programma "Man & Biosphere" dell'UNESCO. In questo quadro di pianificazione il progetto affrontera il tema della gestione sostenibile delle risorse idriche attraverso studi e monitoraggi favoriti dalla presenza di grandi impianti idroelettrici.
