In our project, our students obtained the opportunity of observing open source software applications and technologies in Europe. They had the opportunity of employability in the labor market by developing entrepreneurial skills. With the mobilities, their foreign language proficiency improved, their self-confidence increased. As well as, the awareness of preventing the existing addiction of brands in the field of information technology has been increased. Our participants - considering school performance scores and foreign language proficiency test scores- were ranked from highest to lowest to make a balanced gender distribution. Among the girls 8 full, 2 reserved and among the boys 12 full, 3 reserved participants were selected to generate a list of 25 participants - consisting of 20 full, 5 reserved participants. Our participants potentially suitable to disadvantaged group described in Erasmus+ Program Guide weren't included to the project because of reluctance for participating. During weekdays, participants carried out the activities in the framework created according to Life Long Learning and National Priorities. During weekends, they participated in social and cultural activities carried with considering the properties of region by receiving partners. Participants' activities carried during the project were monitored by accompanying teachers, trainers in business partners and receiving partners considering the program and course agreed on. The program on the quality commitment signed with receiving partners was also given to trainers in business partners. With this program accompanying teachers observed the participants daily. In this way, the project was ensured to carry out according to objectives set. After monitoring activities, receiving partners, accompanying teachers and trainers prepared reports for each participants. Using this report, project executive commission agreed on accepting of 20 days out of 40 day-internship of participants. In the matter of objectives for improving vision about open source softwares, increasing professional competences, developing foreign language proficiency, adapting yourself into multi-national environment and improving ability of expressing yourself has occurred positive improvements. The aims of creating awareness about open source software within the organisation, reducing technological expenses by ensuring the usage of open source softwares in the organisation and developing an awareness of project based learning method within the organisation, which are among the final objectives, were achieved. On the next semester, participants are going to transfer the experiences gained during the project to target groups by peer counselling. In the dimension of the long term goals like contributing to the national economy by using open source softwares, creating a nation-wide awareness of open source softwares etc., some improvement was achieved.
