GLOBAL TEACHERS In today's world, understanding English and speaking English are essential skills.Our aim is to reach all the international information and resources ,get into communications without facing with troubles caused by lack of English language usage. With this project,our teachers and administrative staff will be able to improve or perfect their language skills,take an active role in international projects with an effective collaboration with other participants and share their experiences with other collegues on international platforms.They will find an opportunity to investigate,compare and evaluate their national education system with the with the system in United Kingdom.They will also have an opportunity to learn more about the culture,history,art and literature of the country in the home of the English Language.Teachers will be able to use English language in their own fields to develop their professional skills.We want our teachers and students to gain the abilities of critical thinking,creativity,communication in target language and also using digital technologies efficiently and correctly. Activities in London:Lesson planning,classroom management,teaching grammer,teaching vocabulary,teaching pronunciation,stress and intonation,listening lessons,reading lessons,speaking lessons,writing lessons,devoloping critical thinking,learner-centered methodologies,learners'needs,individual projects and presentations,City tour. METHODOLOGY:Innovative methods,communicative approach,group works,student centered learning. To gain all those aims we chose ITC (İnternational Training Centre)English for educators and administrative staff A2 level course that focuces on improving English language abilities of teachers and administrators and on teaching English as a modern foreign language. The programme includes dissemination and transfer of teaching experiences as well as different theories to investigate and discuss. EFFECTS:Teachers and administrative staff will improve their language skills at which will help them to increase their capacity to cooperate on international level,and they will have opportunity to improve on their own fields for furthering their career.This will also help them to organize their students to take part in for further international projects with an effective communication. They will acquire practical language to be used in the classrooms and also will have confidence in teaching subjects in English to their students and they will disseminate and transfer of teaching and learning experiences in their town where their organisation is settled by organizing courses and seminars. To reach all of our aims we chose ITC(İnternational Training Centre)English for educators and administrative staff-A2 for basic skills as it focuses on improving English language abilities of teachers and administrators and have 18 years of experience in the field of language education.
