“Bilgi ve Deneyimin Avrupa’da Staj İle Artırılması.”

This Project consisted of the students of Information and Communication technologies, child development and education. The Participants were from Seydişehir Leman - Kadir Parıltı Vocational and Technical High School 7 students and 1 companion, from Kadınhanı Vocational and Technical High School 7 students and 1 companion, from Seydişehir Vocational and Technical High School 7 students and 1 companions, from Karatay IMKB Vocational and Technical High School 7 students and 1 companion totaly 28 students and 4 companions. In Konya region there were over 500 large corporations and thousands of small ones. These corporations need to export and maintain their existence by the need of labour force having necessary knowledge, skill and experience. Evaluating a survey Ankara Chamber of Commerce announced that the industry couldn’t find enough intermediate staff and added that it needed qualified staff in 160 fields of profession. Due to TÜIK’s survey Ankara Chamber of Commerce reminded that the number of unemployed is 2 million 751 and that Industry cannot find intermediate staff. Ankara Chamber of Commerce emphasized that 350 urgent and 1 million 200 – 1,5 million qualified employee needed and added . It also informed that the need of intermediate staff was gettting larger and larger in many sectors. “Qualified staff requirement is going to be a national affair” warned ACC and said the business run on account of these requirements. Our Industry was taking a jab. Lots of businessmen couldn’t enlarge their business. It is getting an obligatory situation to participate in business actively in national and international business where increasing rivalry and alteration is active. . The need of qualified staff causes wasting time and unnecessary source from the point of international business which is acting in a competitive stage and also from the standpoint of the national economy. The rate of women’s active role in labor is 29,7 percent according to state institute of statics. This causes inaquality. The girls from vocatioanl secondary schools will participate in this project and will get the opportunity to change the rate to an advantage stage rather than disadvantage one and will be equal to males. Within the project students improved their personal-growth, knowledge and skills. And also they obtained self learning techniques and skills which was conformed with Lifelong Learning Programme (LLP). Participating in the project made students perform their ability in business and will disseminate ICT and provided the labour force to grow stronger. Applying this project, the need for the labour force was fulfilled by education and training facilities. After practising, the rate of the rivalty and employers was increased. Besides students exchanged culture in excursions in hosting countries to promote mutual understanding.
