Bildung kennt keine Grenzen
Start date: Sep 8, 2016, End date: Sep 7, 2017 PROJECT  FINISHED

If in construction machinery, aviation industry or in traffic engineering: With approximately 560 employees we develop and produce customer-specific hardware and software solutions. Around a quarter of our staff is engaged in research and development. The electronic assemblies and components from Lindau are installed in numerous machines of the group. Also external customers rely on the thoughtful, durable solutions and the robust constructions. We try to achieve the demand for skilled workers for the future by training warehouse clerks, electronics for devices and systems, industrial managers and 7 dual degree programs. Due to the increasing globalization of international contacts with customers and suppliers, professionals are more and more in the focus of communication. Concerning this fact different cultures are nonsignificant.Liebherr is now presented by over 130 companies on all continents so cooperation across borders in various technical-industrial areas is constantly ameliorated. This change challenges vocational training. With the motto “Apprenticeship knows no frontiers” we want to facilitate this to our 6 apprentices. There is a need to improve professional, methodic, motivation, lingual and intercultural competences. This measure will lead our trainees to get cosmopolitan, independent, adult, organized and responsible. We observe the training regulations and try to promote these points intensive. With the Strinda Upper Secondary School we gained a partner which respects the same values as we do. In addition to this there is the possibility to get to know new training methods and contents.
