Bialscy uczniowie na europejskim rynku pracy

The project " Bialscy students on the European labor market " will be attended by students 4-year Technical, 10 technician trainee in the profession of gardener, a 7 computer scientist and 8 economist. For those students will be organized 4-week practice in German companies gardening, while students technical and economic informatics practice will take place in IT companies and financial institutions, accounting offices in Italy. Foreign internship will provide young people with new skills and a working knowledge of the horticultural industry, information technology, and economics. The aim of the project is to seek future employment in the international labor market. The project aims to offer learning opportunities in EU countries as well as awareness of the process of acquiring knowledge, not only in school, show the possibility of using their existing skills and qualifications in their future professional life not only in Polish, but also on the European labor market. Preparing for the efficient and professional execution of professional tasks in terms of the European economy. Improving communication skills in effective communication at the professional, cultural, as well as in everyday life. Developing entrepreneurial attitudes conducive to job mobility and the possibility of rapid retraining. Gaining new experience. Gaining wider employment. Understanding the principles of work organization in enterprises outside Polish borders . Understanding the principles of operation of enterprises in the European Union. Our Town is situated in central Poland between Łódź and Warsaw many foreign companies looking for skilled workers from foreign professional practice, therefore, our technicians are great opportunities to find attractive jobs outside the Polish as well as foreign companies operating in Lodz and Warsaw. Practice will increase the level of foreign language proficiency, but also to obtain the necessary knowledge to start future work in international companies in Poland. Students of gardening will be able to learn the rules of operation of horticultural, methods of cultivation , the rules for their storage and sales. The experience gained will move to their own horticultural farms which will contribute to improving the quality of horticultural production and the modernization of farms young gardeners. Students economic and technical informatics will leave for training on 01-30.05.2015 in Italy and gardeners will take practice in Germany within 01 - 30.05.2015r.
