Our Institute lies in not very stimulating areas, where students are often demotivated and require a continuous research of innovative and new methods, above all in the learning of the second Language. The project "better teachers for better students' language skills" fits perfectly in the context of our European Development Plan as an important phase of a professional , functional and coherent course.During the ouline of this route our Institute has aimed to the qualification of teachers of English and to the development of linguistic, methodologic skills of teachers who don't teach english but who contribute, at the same time, (through the implementation of CLIL moduls, etwinning projects) to the teaching and learning of the English language. It has meant to overcome the shy attempts of an individual training, providind a fundamental changement that would link to a real collective development and to a general qualification through the partecipation of eight teachers from three different school levels (nursery, , primary, secondary school) from the different schools, selected for their skills, enthusiasm, motivation and willingness to coordinate future initiatives regarding the second language. the teachers have A2/B1 level (as required by the course providers) and good ICT skills. Moreover they are permanent employees, so they guarantee continuity in diffusing the projects results in the future school years. The continuous evolution of the society obliges the educators to a lifelong training process that foster the general aim of a lifelong-learning, above all in the field of the foreign languages.
