This project aims to produce an organization and staff expertise to strengthen the students' participation and thus prevent drop-out rates. Valteri Centre for Learning and Consulting has a strong history of multi-professional co-operation with teachers and rehabilitation staff. The personnel's expertise is best developed in everyday co-operation and working side by side with one another. Thats why we participate in three international courses with working pairs.Organisational development and staff expertise encompasses three international courses. Reducing Early School Leaving - attending the course as a teacher and headmaster. They are strong players in our school preventive action early school leaving and developing student welfare and they develop joint activities in cooperation with our partners. Preventing Early school leaving - course participants a special class teacher and the rehabilitation person. They work closely with the school's partners and parents. Inclusive Education: Tackling with classroom diversity and early school leaving - attending special education teacher and therapist, who develop through their duties inclusive pedagogical practices. The results of the project will actively be utilized with the pupils of the school. The project results will be also used in guidance and in-service training activities. Sharing the experience gained from the project we build an interactive blog. The blog will gather good practices and innovations to make use of all. The project's activities and results will also be presented at the school's open day, our school's Web site and the eTwinning network.With this project we will promote students with special needs and stundents in danger of drop-out equal access to quality education and lifelong learning enable to participate fully in society and improve their quality of life.
