Project‘s goal - to promote international youth through creative communication, joint activities; get to know other cultures; share best practices; develope young people's self-awareness, positive attitude to business and added value. Main themes - creativity, ecology and entrepreneurship. We aim to show young people that, while you are hard-working, tenacious and creative, respect nature and its goods, individually, we can build our future, we can join together to create teams and industrious and useful future of society, and thus to contribute to the country and the European Economic development. Nature of the project - we draw inspiration from nature: bees diligence, sense of community, their work product - Honey - organic, natural and beneficial for health materials, a herbal and Lithuanian gold - amber can be a combination of what can be linked to young people's attitude, curiosity, willingness to work with. Just as the bees fly in and collect goods, which are then shared with others, so as we, welcome the active and hardworking young people – „young bees“, travel and collect goods - knowledge, experience, impressions, and then share with others, and to create active communities and business. The participants - young people from Lithuania, Latvia, Turkey and Spain. Each country group will be 15-18 year olds. Invited young people with fewer opportunities, living in rural and remote areas. A total of 56 participants from the four countries (14 per group). The project will be implemented in 10-day youth exchange project in Samogitia, Plunge district. Planned activities: introduction to Lithuanian culture and traditions of entrepreneurship through „the worker bee" concept, visiting and getting acquainted with the environment, nature and businesses (bee pasture farms, beekeeping museum, Amber Museum, Palanga and the Baltic Sea), familiarity with the Lithuanian folklore and traditions of Latvian, Turkish and Spanish cultures, familiarity with the country's traditional crafts and contemporary arts education in employment circles, discussion of business ideas search topics, sharing of best practices and problematic situations consideration along with the successful business people. Unitary products from project participants of captured honey production in Lithuania and Latvia, while using various kinds of nuts and seeds brought from Spain and Turkey. Methods used - discussions and workshops, team building, team work assignments, icebreakers, intruduction, role-playing games, cooking classes, team sports activities, reflections. Expected Results: young people will learn about other cultures; will gain creative and business ideas; improve the general social and personal competencies; improve English language; establish and will likely expand communication and cooperation with new friends and partners.
