Continuing with the line of internationalization of our center that began with Becoming International I in 2013, Becoming International III continues with the current project, the aims of our center summarized in needs of teachers and students are:Teachers needs: 1. To improve the skills and professional profile as well as to acquire new didactic innovative methodologies in favor of our students. 2. Exchange didactic experiences with professionals of other countries. 3. Better mutual knowledge of the different systems of vocational training. 4. Learning of different methods and technologies of work from those of the own labor context. 5. Use of different technologies and possibility of sharing new methods of work and to take them to the practice. 6. Improvement of the linguistic skills. 7. To guarantee the relations with other centers in Europe. 8. To provide our organization with a much-needed international and multicultural dimension .Students needs: 1. To contribute to the creation of a community of young and future qualified well professionals, with opened minds and international experience, improving their professional and linguistic skills. 2. To increase the possibilities of our pupils to compete on the labor European market. The way of obtaining our aims, in agreement to the raised needs, is carrying out activities that promote, on one hand, the mobility of students to an European country, during a month of practices included inside the module of formation in centers of work. And on the other hand, the mobility of our teachers, as an essential piece in this process, they could realize mobilities to improve his skill, in Job Shadowing, in order to optimize the quality of the education.The improvement in the linguistic and cultural skills that stems from the own mobility, both for students and teachers, will constitute a very important added value to fight for an ideal positioning inside the labor local market, increasing the possibilities of insertion in the European area and laying the foundations for the establishment of stable networks of collaboration between organizations and institutions.The activities of mobility raised for the following project are : - Students' mobility for trainning : Six students of the formative cycle " Technician in Taken care Auxiliary of Infirmary "to do the trainning in Finland. Two students of the formative cycle " Technician in Drugstore and Parafarmacia " that will realize his mobility in United Kingdom.As for the profile of the participants, this year they are all very young pupils who deal the first course of the formative cycle. It is a very heterogeneous profile as for level curricular minimum and socioeconomic level, being pupils who come both from baccalaureate and from programs of professional initial qualification. The teacher's profile:One teacher of the Health family that will travel to Finland to do a Job shadowing in Etelä-Kymenlaakso, our better partner. Another teacher of Physical - sports family that will realize a Job shadowing in another institute of Holland still for detailing.In terms of the teachers' profile, emphasize the teachers are fixed in the Centre, belonging to the Center's international programs Committee, with some linguistic skills and very motivated for the acquisition of new pedagogical knowledge of trainning work.The impact will be materialized in the improvement in the positioning with respect to the labour market. And, for the teachers, in the obtaining of official degrees of languages, teaching classes in foreign languages and the introduction of methodologic changes that reflect the acquisition of new skills, didactic and methodological.In the long term a strengthening of the center as a reference within the professional sector. The teaching of subjects in a foreign language, the internationalization of studies, the establishment of contacts and stable relationships with companies and European institutions working in the same field, will be a distinctive feature of our institution.
