Context• State-confidence of young people towards political and socio-economic situation today;• Distance between young people and local institutions that lead to a lack of interest in the political and socio-economic life. Youngpeople often feel like a part of society marginalized and excluded from economic and social life of their territory;• Situations of inactivity and discouragement that often lead to a state of demotivation and to look elsewhere for a job, to leave theircountry.Aims1. support young people in a process of knowledge and approach to policy, so that they are active participants in political and sociallife of the territory of belonging;2. convey to young people the ability to read the socio-economic situation and encouraging the development of awareness andcritical thinking constructive and purposeful;3. provide young people with the tools to combat a sense of helplessness, inactivity and the attitude of "status quo" in which youngpeople themselves are found and often choose to stay, assigning and delegating to the next (the society, politics , adults etc.) theresponsibility of the current situation as well as actions for the change needed;4 empower young people to make them feel in an active and proactive in changing situations and social problems inherent in theemployment situation by giving them space and tools for further study, training them as future citizens must exercise their rightsand duties;5 create opportunities for discussion between young people and local policy makers and interaction spaces for experiences, ideasand best practices in the comparison and exchange with other European youth;6 also empower policy makers for involving young people in decision-making and policy planning that, directly and indirectly, alsofall on the young (es.politiche youth, active labor policies, policies sporting and cultural, environmental, safety ect.) ;7. create documents and acts / commitments that demonstrate that policy-makers can, thanks to the voice of young people, bettertargeting of policies according to the logic of participatory planning and design from the bottom.The number and profile of participants: 50 young people will be involved, including 30 Italians and 20 Bulgaria 14 carers (3 ofBulgaria and 11 Italian), 17 policy makers (including 2 Bulgaria and 15 Italian). The young participants are people with a good level ofeducation (degree / diploma), living in geographical areas rural / suburban areas, with limited opportunities to attend trainingcourses and cultural events, in unemployment / inactivity / precarious work, then people facing economic and social hardship.Activity- National meeting in which you start a session for consulting young Italian participants on the needs of young people- National meeting in which young Italians and Italian policy-makers face a constructive debate on the issue of active participation ofyoung people in agriculture policies- Trasnational meetings where young Italians and Bulgaria are compared, together with policy-makers in both countries, oncomevengano treated youth policy, what are the best practices at European level and will share operational proposals for fururo- National meeting in which young Italians and Italian policy-makers make a follow-up of previous meetings to get to build theoperational proposalsMethodologyThe OST that allows you to create working groups (workshops) and meetings (meetings) particularly inspired and productive.Metaplan that enables the collection of opinions of the participants and their subsequent organization into logical blocks to theformulation of action plans in which they highlighted the issues raised and possible solutions.Round tables where open debates on thematic focus.Expected impacts:- N. 3 territories involved in Sardinia and some municipalities in Bulgaria- N. 50 young participants, 17 policy makers, carers 14- N. 500 people who have taken in view the material published on social networks / blogs / youtube / websites / print / posters- About 1,000 young people will be involved indirectly in raising awareness of the project through social networks- About 150 people will participate in the seminar of dissemination of project results- 4 municipalities involved in Italy and 3 in Bulgaria- 5 Association involved in Italy and 3 in BulgariaResults: No. 2 project proposals and / or the bill on the issues of youth policy developed by young people, together with policymakersThe potential long-term benefits: build a good practice replicable
