The AAAMI (Association for the Accompaniement of International Mobility Actions) works in the most difficult suburbs of Echirolles, Pont-de-Claix, Eybens Grenoble and Saint Martin d'hères (South of Grenoble) which are particularly economically disadvantaged, Youngsters are facing many difficulties such as social exclusion, discrimination, low professional insertion and lack of qualifications…Our non profit organization has been working to promote and build mobility program in Europe for youngsters and professionnals in order to :- Develop local, european and international citizenship ;- Fight against discrimination, social and economical exclusion ; . - Encourage non-formal learning, qualification and youngsters from 17 to 30 inclusion ; - Involve a growing number of youngsters and professionnal in mobility programs, Erasmus + short and long term EVS in particular, Our aim is to give youngsters a chance to understand, thanks to the Short/middle or long term European Voluntary Service, all richnesses and skills they have and break this social, geographical and sometimes communitarian exclusion. This experience will give them the opportunity to reinforce or develop new skills in order to personnaly grow up and go back to employment or training. « Be involved! » has for objectives the active participation of 23 french young people with fewer opportunities who will take part to activities in 5 different countries: Turkey, Italy, Portugal, Greece and Poland.Thoses 23 volonteers will be involved on short and middle/long term experiences (9 months maximum) regarding to their personnal motivation, goals, interests and abilities. They will mainly take part to animation activities with different kind of target groups: adults, children, youth with disavantages, disable or retiring people (Europejski Forum Mlodziezy in Poland, Link and Auxilium in Italy, Associação Juvenil de Peniche in Portugal), actions to sensitize people to environment (Akdeniz in Turkey, Link in Italy), media and communication (United Societies of Balkans in Greece) or for the promotion of volunteering ( Link in Italy, EFM in Poland).This project will give the opportunity for young people with fewer opportunities to experiment involvment in Europe in order to continue to develop new knowledges, know-how and aptitudes they will use in a strategy of social, professional, economical and cultural promotion.Finally the impacts and results of this project will be seen at the local, regional, national and europen level. We hope it will give the possibility to more and more youth, professionals and collectivities to participate in « Erasmus + ».
