After their campaign on the elections of the European Parliament "YOU(th) can make the Europe of tomorrow" implemented in 8 countries from January to June 2009, the member organizations of MIJARC Europe are planning a 3-day evaluation meeting in Ribamar da Lourinhã (Portugal) for 33 young leaders coming from Poland, Bulgaria, France, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Belgium and Hungary.In a first time, this meeting aims at evaluating the implemented campaign and at highlighting the main results and major impact. In a second time, the participants will work to identify "existing alternatives for sustainable development in Europe" and will select the "15 best practices" they would like to present to the newly elected Members of the European Parliament.After the meeting, a 8-page booklet including the main results of the campaign of MIJARC Europe ,the 5 proposals of rural youth for Europe and the selected "15 best practices" will be prepared,translated in 8 languages and disseminated in each country to the newly elected MEPs.
