57 years are passed since that "Traty of Rome" who it laid the foundations for what would later become the European Union.Although many years have now passed since that event, there are still many problems to be addressed in the interior, especially economic, political and social.Analyzing this last point (which in recent years seems to have more heightened) that youth exchange presented here, "Be active, be european" was created. In fact, it pursues the aim to stimulate and approach the young citizens of the European continent to Community policies and social policies through their active participation, so as to make them more conscious and interested in what happens within the Union using the typical instruments of the Erasmus+ program.In addition to this, the project aims were:- Promote active citizenship;- To promote the values of solidarity, tolerance and intercultural dialogue; - To Acquire a better idea and awareness of the European Union, its role and importance that this can have on society and on people;- Develop and encourage a constructive dialectical process; - Develop the capacity of a culturally diverse group of interacting constructively; - Importance of non formal learning; - Stimulate creativity and the entrepreneurial spirit of young people in order to mitigate the phenomenon of unemployment; - Increase the sense of self-empowerment and self-esteem; - Improve knowledge of English;- Develop quality support systems for youth activities.The course was open to all adults (range age 18-30), boys and girls, strongly interessed. The course consisted of twenty participants (including a group leader for each group) from Italy, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Bulgaria and Portugal.Each group will consisted of 4 participants plus a group leader.The main activities were two per day, accompanied by secondary ones shorter, in individual and group, lessons in open debate, reflections, "games" role, analysis and workshops with interactive methods, team building and the development of creative modes of expression (posters, videos and presentations in the pc, sketch). The principal methodology was committed to non-formal education.The results that the course aims to achieve and the long-term objectives were- Positive impact towards the target of each organization, as beneficiaries of future actions that will help improve their own lifestyle and to raise awareness about the opportunities for the younger generation; - Positive impact to the educational system in general, which may make use of new ideas and tools.- Positive impact to the local community, who will be involved through word of mouth, social networking, public meetings, and articles. Will also involve the local media and try, if possible, make local institutions also participate. - The course aims to promote and improve the relationship between organizations from different countries mainly thanks to collaborations and partnerships. - To create an international network of organizations that address issues related to the world of art in all its shades, designing a variety of activities as part of the Erasmus +.
